Troopmaster
Troop 695 uses a computer program called
Troopmaster to
record Scout achievements including merit badges, advancement,
leadership, and service projects, as well as attendance at Troop events
such as camping. In addition, all personal information (address,
telephone number, etc.) is stored in Troopmaster.
If you would like a copy of your records at any time, please send an
email to Karen Zemlin.
You will receive two PDF
(possible RTF) reports:
(1) all the activities in which you have participated and
(2)
your advancement & earned merit badges through the last Court of Honor
(not necessarily through the current date).
Patrol Coaches & Leaders
When it is your
Patrol's turn to plan or oversee an event, you must submit a report to
Karen Zemlin that includes
who was in attendance and for how many hours (service) or nights
(camping). For camping, please distinguish between inside (cabin)
or outside (tent) camping.
In addition to the above
information, provide the date(s), location, patrol in charge, theme, and
any other particulars that you wish to record.

Additional Information
If you have service hours from your
Scoutmaster-approved individual service project to record, you must
inform Karen Zemlin about this and any other information that you wish to
become part of your record.
Corrections
If you have corrections to
your record or personal information, again, please email Karen Zemlin.
Reports
From the one source,
Troopmaster, we generate MANY reports including the roster, the email
routing list, the merit badge counselor list with emails & phone
numbers, the calendar (starting fall 2006), emergency contacts,
individual activity reports (who went camping last weekend and for how
many nights), and so on.
Therefore, it is VERY important that the records be up to date. If
you move, get a new cell phone, change your email, or need to update ANY
of the information that we use to get in touch with you, please send an
email with the new information to Karen Zemlin.
