Rules for Subtitution and Sign Up
Ideally we would like to see the scout and the parent sign up twice each.
No changes to this schedule will be be accepted by phone.  All email requests will be processed in the order they were received.  Some changes will occur as needed to allow equal access to all, and accomidate anticipated changes in tournament dates and ti
Two methods for signing up for shifts:
	A: send an email to Troop695snackshack@yahoo.com  ... You will receive an email response confirming your shifts.
	B: come to the regular troop meetings and sign up on the official form. Your changes will be posted asap.
Check your calander with Mom & Dad BEFORE signing up for a shift! If you need a substitute ...
Weather can be a factor in the Spring.  Call 952-949-8449 and select 9 to make sure fields are open.
Responsible siblings may substitute for a scout only if that child's parent/guardian is also present.
NO Credit will be given for siblings working any open shift positions unless approved in advance. Approval will only be given on an as-needed basis.
Other scouts have priority over siblings for all shift positions.   If NO scouts can fill a shift ... a sibling might be approved.  (camping weekends).
General Info
Do NOT eat inside the snack shack.  Eat outside.  Wash your hands when you enter.
Keys, cash box, hot water, etc will be picked up and returned at the the home indicated on the schedule.
Scouts should wear their class B uniforms (red shirts) when working at the shack
All workers MUST wash hands before their shift, and all workers MUST wear a HAT.  This is a County Health mandate.
First Shift of the day: One family must be responsible for picking up the keys and cash box.
Call your partners and decide BEFORE the date of your shift. Start Time = The time your shift starts.  You must be at the shack before games begin to get food HOT
IMPORTANT!!   All workers must sign a form inside the cash box to get credit for working your shift.
Final shift: If you fail to do a good job of cleaning up you will lose credit for your shift.  You are responsible for taking inventory.
